After emailing for 4 weeks with no response and a few phone calls later I finally got to exchange my shoes for something that fit. The sizing chart wasnt that accurate. In the end the Noosa shoe, although heavy and still a little tight in the toe, was ok. I'm hoping it will stretch. Not sure I'd buy again though.
