We will email you once dispatch has occurred. All products are sent via Australia Post using tracked mail. Your unique tracking code will be emailed to you with details of how to track your parcel, until it arrives on your doorstep. Please ensure someone is available to accept your package.

Delivery to New Zealand - For parcels weighing up to 2kg will be shipped International Pack and Track service, for parcels weighing 2kg - 20kg will be shipped International Express service

Please refer to the Guidelines of International Delivery Schedule after dispatch and international shipping costs. Please note total shipping charges for order under AUD $100 (GST inclusive) are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. All costs are in Australian Dollar $AUD.

* Important Note for New Zealand Buyer:

We will provide you with an estimated date (approximately 10-15 working days) for delivery of all parcels. However the delivery time may vary due to public holidays, countries, and customs etc. some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take to clear customs.

You are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed during the importation into your country. In order to comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a gift even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. ***International shipping charges are non-refundable. it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Rest of world - We only ship to New Zealand at this stage. We would love to ship our products all over the world! At this stage there are a few restrictions holding us back but we will endeavour to provide the service as soon as possible.
